Created by and with dancers taking part in Home Made Dance Intensive - a free weeklong intensive ran over zoom and consisting of class and creative sessions each day. The King was created in response to Janusz Korczak's children's book King Matt The First - an amazing story about a young boy who has the throne suddenly thrust upon him following his fathers death, it is a story about power, childhood and giant dolls.
